Fox Rehab Onsite

Fox Rehab has a convenient office located right onsite at Plymouth Place, making it easy for residents to access physical therapy without leaving the community. They provide in-home physical therapy services, bringing personalized care directly to residents’ apartments.

Fox Rehab will also assist residents in getting their insurance set up with their organization, ensuring coverage and making the process seamless. This approach allows residents to receive high-quality care in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Home of The Blue Zone

Plymouth Place is proud to be a home of The Blue Zone, offering residents a unique wellness program designed to support healthy aging. Twice a week, seniors have the opportunity to work with a professional trainer in a fully equipped gym, participating in athletic training tailored to their abilities.

After their workout, residents enjoy a nutritious, wholesome meal to refuel and nourish their bodies. This program is available to all residents at no additional charge, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone to stay active, strong, and healthy right within their community.
